How do I apply for a rental unit?

Do roommates need to apply?

Yes, any/all adults intending to reside at the property must fill out an application.

Do you accept Housing/Section 8?

Yes, we accept both Housing and/or Section 8.

When is rent due, and are there late fees if it is paid late?

Rent is due on or before the 1st of each month. Late fees are applied at $10/day for each day after the 1st that rent has not been paid in full.

What types of payment(s) do you accept?

We accept: check, cash, money or money orders. We also have an automatice withdrawal program for those who prefer to have rent withdrawn from their checking or savings account.

*We do not accept credit card payments.

Do you allow pets?

How long is your lease term?

We require a one year lease term for our rentals.
